Plan the season
Enter a paddock, a crop and a yield target. We estimate the seed and fertiliser to get there, what it costs at member prices, and what the crop could be worth at today’s bid.
Estimate
120 ha of wheat at 3.5 t/ha
Input cost at member prices
Rule-of-thumb estimate for planning only, based on typical nutrient removal and a 65% nitrogen efficiency. Rates change with soil test results, rainfall and rotation.
Sustainability
Better soil data means fewer wasted passes and less fertiliser in the wrong place. These are the numbers from the last five seasons, reported every harvest and checked by an independent agronomist.

News and field days
Receival updates, trial results and the dates worth putting in the diary before the season gets busy.
Wheat receival moves to a 12.5% moisture ceiling and a 5% screenings limit at Ridgeway, with blending bays open for loads just over.
The mid-season hybrid led on oil, but the gap closed on lighter soils.
Finer grids found 30% more variation in phosphorus across the same paddocks.
